My sessions help clients master their nervous system and feel alive in the bodies they live in. Through a blend of modern and ancient healing practices, I help clients read and feel their bodily signals and explore ways to ease what they are experiencing whilst building emotional resilience. I give my clients agency and control back over their well-being.
I believe our well-being is not solely determined through mental and physical processes. It requires the unhindered flow and balance of energy within the body, mind, and spirit. It also requires a regulated nervous system to make less reactive decisions formed by passed experiences. My therapeutic practice focuses on the vital importance of releasing tension and unblocking energy pathways to reset neural connections through neuroplasticity.
Blockages caused by deep held chronic stress, overwhelming emotions, tension and traumatic experiences can engulf our nervous system and play havoc with our energy systems. They display in negative mental health states, bodily ailments and dis-ease.

Every person is unique in their life experience. We all have different coping mechanisms and ways of ‘getting on’. However, our bodies don’t forget and will keep on reminding us until we are ready to release some of what we are holding on to.
Our body sends us messages through tightening, freezing, numbing, painful symptoms, bloating, sleep disturbances and irregular breathing patterns, to name a few. Maybe you know something is just not right. You sense a feeling of just being ‘unwell’. You have possibly had talking therapy for some time, you understand your story, but going over it again and again isn’t helping. You may feel as if you are hitting your head against a brick wall.
Reaching out and seeking change can feel scary. I am here to support you through this process of change. I work with your body using a variety of body-based therapeutic practices. My primary aim is to bring your nervous system into regulation whilst allowing the body to naturally heal and restore balance and deep inner peace. In addition, through psycho-education, I give you back your agency. I help you understand the body/mind connection and why you feel the way you do.
The body therapies I use include Energy Healing, Reiki, TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), Breathwork, EFT, Meditation and Mindfulness.

Breathwork is a powerful, therapeutic practice that involves consciously connecting to ones breath and regulating one’s breathing patterns to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I help clients master their breathing through psycho-education and practical exercises
Breathwork offers teenagers a practical and accessible tool to manage anxiety, stress and overwhelm, helping to bring their nervous system into regulation. They can better manage symptoms such as poor sleep, difficulty concentrating, mood swings, headaches and/or stomach aches
TRE involves a simple set of physical exercises designed to trigger the body’s natural shaking/tremoring reflex. It is an effective stress and tension reduction technique that returns the body and the nervous system to a healthy baseline
Through the process of energetic rebalancing, I help my clients become embodied which promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep, and supports the body’s natural healing process

Until I found the wonders of body work, I had spent a large part of my life moving in between a state of fight-or-fight and freeze/disassociation.
I had formed unhealthy habits to try and sooth myself during periods of chronic stress and anxiety. My body was holding a lot of tension and my mind was often unfocused. I basically felt unsafe a lot of the time. I often found it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep, awaking tired and agitated. I was carrying more weight and often felt exhausted. I realised there was a complete disconnect between my body and my mind whilst experiencing a number of emotional breakdowns. Talking therapy helped me to a point where I understood my story, but I always felt there was something else going on inside me.
This changed when I became embodied. The body therapies I now practice, helped me re-inhabit my body and listen to what was going on. By slowing down, I learned to feel and recognise the messages my body was sending me. Through the slow release of tension, tightness and cortisol, I felt lighter and had more energy. Negative thought patterns and unhealthy habits began to lessen and overtime I gained back agency over my life and the decisions I was making. I understood.
Through mastering my nervous system, I recognised that my body in the past had only been trying to help and protect me. I began to forgive myself.
I gained a deep understanding of how our body holds on to emotions and experiences and how we can release these. My vocation is now to help clients achieve the same.

I am available for in-person 1:1 or online, small group sessions, private events, retreats and corporate well-being sessions throughout London, the UK and worldwide.
