Learn the ancient art of Reiki and become your own self-healer or that of others
I am a fully trained Master practitioner and have over 25 years experience of self-healing plus running my own private practice with clients. I am passionate to impart the beauty and wisdom of this ancient healing modality which was reignited over 200 years ago in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui. Reiki courses have helped millions of people find a holistic way to rebalance their mind, body and soul and is alive today more than ever.
I believe in the importance of creating a safe, supportive and comfortable learning environment for all my students and I run regular workshops throughout the year with a maximum of six participants in each workshop.
Reiki Courses 1 - Intensive 1 Day Course

Reiki Level 1, also known as the First Degree or Shoden in Japanese, is the foundational level of Reiki training, focusing on self-healing and healing others through hands-on techniques. This course introduces students to the history, principles, and practice of Reiki, providing the essential tools to channel Reiki energy effectively. Participants will learn to connect with their innate healing abilities, gain confidence in using Reiki on themselves and others, and start their journey toward deeper self-awareness and well-being.
During the intensive one-day Reiki course you will:
- Understand what Reiki is, it’s principles and the history of Reiki
- Gain a deep insight in to how energy works, the auras and the 7 key chakras
- Receive a Reiki initiation ceremony – 4 atunements to enable you to channel the Reiki Energy
- Be able to perform reiki self-healing and treatment on others and scan the body for imbalances
- Understand the importance of creating a safe space, client care and relevant protocols
- Use Reiki for personal development and spiritual growth
- Use it as a stepping stone to Reiki 2 and Master training
What do I need to bring?
- All course materials are provided. You could bring a note book if you wish to make additional notes from those included
- Please wear comfortable, warm clothing

Reiki Courses 2 - 1 Day Course
Cost £175

Reiki Level 2, also known as the Practitioner Level, deepens the Reiki journey by introducing advanced techniques, symbols, and methods for distance healing. This course is designed for those who have completed Reiki Level 1 and wish to enhance their skills, expand their healing abilities, and begin offering Reiki professionally if desired. Participants will learn to connect more deeply with Reiki energy, explore new ways to heal, and develop the confidence to work with clients in person and from a distance.
During the intensive one-day Reiki course you will:
- Revisit the foundational principles and experiences from Level 1
- Be introduced to Reiki Symbols: Understanding the three primary Level 2 symbols, their significance and how to activate and use symbols during sessions
- Learn distance healing techniques and the theory behind sending Reiki beyond physical boundaries
- Learn using advanced reiki techniques including scanning, beaming and clearing negative energy
- Receive information on advancing to Reiki Master (Level 3) and continuing education.
